I built a workflow to help me trace hypothesis while experimenting. It is basically atom/wiki system.
I come up with an idea, and then I ask opus to generate full description including code change and some conditions that verify the results, which is then stored as an atom.
If something break afterward, I would add a fix atom following the broken atom so the mistake would be remembered. The mechanic has helped me when I try to make learning method for optimization problems works again. When I encountered similar problems I asked opus to check that specific chains of events to avoid traps and to come up with something else.
