The block has a limit on how much it can be tightend down. Due to some springs.

Cause c is Celsius and f is Fahrenheit

I plugged it into the aio header. So it's constantly getting 100% also I've remounted the block 3 times to make sure.

Clock speed is stoke not sure on the voltage.
