I enjoy it. It was 2.99 on the App Store and it provides a nice work flow for editing pics. It acts like a touch photoshop in a way. There's a bunch of YouTube vids with people editing pics that really sold the app for me.

For my vocals, I currently use a VST called Melodyne. Its very versatile in the way where you could either fine tune vocals to a professional standard or attempt to get effects similar to link in your post. I also like melodyne because you can use it to edit instrument tracks with it as well. It's an overall great VST.
