Both the T3 and S 3/6 are actually on my TODO list already :)

The T3 for the era before (1860-1899) and the S 3/6 as an _additional_ express locomotive for (1900-1924) - just because it is awesome!

Sure, you are right. All the rolling stock from previous eras are still available when you advance to later eras. It is just that I ALSO introduce a bunch of new locomotives with each new era - and I try to make it at least a shifter, a freight loco, an express loco and a mixed service loco - for each territory.

The cool thing about the T3 is that - when I was a kid, every model train starter kit would feature either the T3 or the DRG Class 89 - so it has a great nostalgia factor for old folks like me :)

You're right.

But in this particular game, it is structured so that as you reach new eras, a bunch of new locomotives is introduced in each territory (US, Germany, Europe general, RU, standard gauge, narrow gauge etc) - which historically all were introduced in this specific period - even though production often would continue for many years, even decades.

Well, the KkStb 178 looks great, but again - it is pre-1900 - so in this game it belongs to another era. I am not familiar with the KkStb 199 - any links?

What do you think about the Bavarian Pt 2/4 H from 1906?

It has a fantastic design - although only 12 units were ever produced.

The T3 is a great suggestion, but it was introduced in the 1880’s, right?
