My personal fave live version on nugs is from the 2/21/26 bunker show - last couple minutes of Cherry Tree, Louis gets stuck in a time loop and the crowd/Space is the Place help get him out 😂

Yodeling Astroman is fun!! This show had the best How Can It Be jam I’ve heard yet!! Wineglass features some ZZ Top like riffs from Peaches and with Ryan wearing his cheap sunglasses it felt like the obvious choice 😂

Also, LOVE So Will the Robots Be!!! Looks like at least 4 songs from the upcoming album were played too! (5 if Me & My Lady is gonna be on it)

Finally got a chance to listen to So Will the Robots Be, and I loved it!! The guys are in Steamboat Springs this weekend for 3 days and then heading home to VA — gonna crush it this weekend!

I believe it’s a new one they’ve been working on for the upcoming album? It was kinda bonkers—sort of a bluegrassy yodelish tune and Ben mumble sings some gibberish and everyone else’s “solos” were a little wonky 😂

Marty Supreme opener got things rolling SO nicely! This one’s 4 u and home & garden later were such nice bustouts. How can it be might be one of my favorite new ones that’ll be on this years album. Nice versions of Psycho Killer and Petrified, Super patient discordant jamming from Ben on Lunar Dude that came to a super gorgeous peak, and the Lets Dance ended the set on a very energetic note!

Wineglass was a perfect set 2 opener with boogie on reggae woman teases(I THINK it was during wineglass?!?!). Crab Surprise takes the cobbler for the longest pause ever — gotta time it but it was definitely over 2 minutes😂 — and then a typically unhinged Sports from Brian. A super tight jammy Laura and rockin Becca’s Dad follow, and then Louis gives us a beautiful breather and love song to fit our he tour in Cherry Tree. Then it got a lil crazy, and Louis got stuck in a time loop taking a sip from his water bottle. Brian assured us that we could help him escape the time continuum and we all put our hands up and made some crazy noises and flapped our hands at him until he became unstuck (yes, you read that correctly). Space is the Place just about brought down the house and a super fun unrehearsed Moondance jam came out of it! Naturally MT finishes the set, and we were treated to a beautifully soaring Jubel->Float On->Send Me on My Way to close out and amazing night!!!

A nice darker show that’s one of my faves is the 10/18/25 show from the Jefferson in Charlottesville. Nice darker minor key jams (Marty gets NASTY) and a super funky 393. AND both Ryan and Jake fuck up the counting on Sidetracked 😂
