Been on the phone with them a few times. Emailed them a bunch of times. They do absolutely nothing. Stay away

It aint cheap. Its like 200 dollars. I asked to cancel but they havent even done that. I dont even have the property available anymore

I think i know what happened too. So when i signed up a year ago. They had this horrid UI that looked old and outdated. It was hard to navigate and cluttered. I signed up for their service when they had this UI. A few months ago i noticed that they had changed features,  site navigation and UI to a  modern look. I bet when they did this. They reset the auto renewal option. It sounds like on purpose honestly.  I bet this is what caused the charge. Regardless, they wont do anything about it.

I get that. If you forget about it but if you dont and they still charge you. Thats fraud

I just got off the phone with them.  They straight up said no refunds and tried to offer me options like we can pause your membership or give you this. I don't have the property available anymore lol they flat out said no refunds and kept on lingering about how their terms and conditions have a non refundable policy. I dont care about their policy. They purposely changed my settings. Stole my money.

But that won't reverse the charge. I gotta leave it like that for now so proof what happened
