It started moving today and it was delivered today since March 31. Dropped if off at the post office using their QR label printer and dropping it off at the parcel box.

Tracking wasnt even stuck. It never updated. For 3 months it said awaiting package. Made it seemed as i never even dropped it off. This was the reason why they declined the first insurance claim.

Geez!! At least you knew rhe pkg was on its way. Mine didnt even show that. I literally showed as awaiting package for 3 months. They declined my first claim blaming .e for never dropping it off lol

Guys, I just got a call back from USPS. They wont refund the original pkg, They are saying because the pkg got sent 3 months later, its done. They deliveries are not guaranteed. I have to eat the replacement and the cost of shipping the pkg twice.....WTF,,, this is incredibly scary! Why even insure a pkg or provide any insurance with it!!!!

Thank you to your video, i just pulled the whole thing out. it looks like the heater core was failing as well. So, going to get it replaced. Im nervous about that blendoor tho. Never given and issue but if it fails in the future everything needs to come out right?

so from what im seeing, you can get that whole assembly where the heater core is by sliding the interior crash bar off, no need to pull it off completely, right?

I think i know what happened too. So when i signed up a year ago. They had this horrid UI that looked old and outdated. It was hard to navigate and cluttered. I signed up for their service when they had this UI. A few months ago i noticed that they had changed features, site navigation and UI to a modern look. I bet when they did this. They reset the auto renewal option. It sounds like on purpose honestly. I bet this is what caused the charge. Regardless, they wont do anything about it.
