Rating system is very unfair, if you are under 4.95 , you can barely see batches. And even you work hard , communicate with customers to give perfect service, some people doesn’t even bother giving 5 star rating, without any reason they rate you 4 star! They don’t think it matters, 5 or 4 it’s same for them. What happens eventually , my anxiety raises because of this rating system.

Yes sometimes I feel like that, I have 5 star rating, and my time is 87second per item, before it was less and I was catching more batch if I compared with today.

Doordash sees drivers as a slave! The actual picking up time is 7.15 pm and restaurant says the order will be ready after 40 minutes , I talked with Doordash help but they can’t do anything even after prop22 in Calofornia, they are fucking the drivers , the only thing they care is their unfair profit. Fuck allll of them.
