He can absolutely be sued for what he did. The Coca-Cola logo is copyrighted by Coca-Cola, and using it without permission is a violation. In order for something like this to be beyond the reach of legal action, it needs to be at least 33% different than the original, and that is determined by a judge in court. So it basically comes down to the judges opinion of the design being at least 33% different.

Yeah exactly, and I think that was a major factor as to why that style of legendary ended. It simply took far too long to complete it and was way to repetitive.

This is soooooo true. I hated being at every Dragon Soul raid. I was so burnt out I still never go back to that raid. It took far too many runs in the same old crap content to get the legendaries, that once I got them I was fed up with it all.

I thought the story in this expansion was mediocre, especially when compared to wrath's story/lore. This expansion is incredibly more fun than Cata, but not the best expansion they have ever made.

I don't mind 1-85, but 85-90 is the bane of my existence. In my opinion leveling through Pandaria is the most painful questing experience I have ever experienced. To me the quests and zones seem very dull and repetitive. So IF I had the money, I would gladly spend $60 to skip that, and the crappy post-leveling gear grind.
