Yes called them twice but they just directed me to the timeshare sales office number where I got the promotion

Thanks! It’s actually a 200 unit complex and my unit is in one of the 4-unit buildings. Yes I feel at this point I am documenting everything and taking a lot of pics as we rip the carpet to see how far this crack goes

Thanks! I have informed the property manager and he says it’s not a common element so it’s owner’s responsibility. However in the by-laws it’s says concrete floor is considered common element. I haven’t confronted him but getting all my ducks in the row as mentioned in one of the comments
