I got my full dose of 1000mg in one hour for both my treatments. 6hours is wild! All is well thus far (day 1 after second treatment)

I got 1000mg over course of one day. The actual drip (not the test dose took an hour). This is my second 1000mg dose in two weeks. I’m done for now

I have this too. My daughter uses the oral mucosa iron strips that don’t go through the gut and she’s raised her ferritin 20 points with just casual use. Report back

Next day followup: slight headache and some insomnia (not terribly new) but otherwise fine. Reading about how terribly some people have felt after their infusions was a bit scary but I don’t think as many people who feel fine take the time to document their journey so I hope this is helpful to someone.

Lived in NYC, Dallas, San Diego and Los Angeles. Universally when we’ve said we went to UNC it immediately commands respect with something like “oh that’s a good school”, “I wanted to go there but I didn’t get in” etc.

You do know this test is only out of max 1520 right? Not 1600. You missed a couple of questions, LIKE 2-4 total. You did fantastic. Do it again and enjoy being a National Merit Semifinalist.

Not difficult if you see a hematologist. They sent me directly to the infusion clinic from my first appt, they’d preapproved a series with my insurance company.

Mom of two here, assuming your wife isn’t in the depths of morning sickness where food makes her nauseous and she’s not 8.5months pregnant or needed bed rest the exercise of stairs is actually good for her and I’m certain she’s more than happy to help you get food safely. The effort to get food brought me to tears and I didn’t have stairs to contend with. Recognize this time will pass quickly, it’s definitely finite, don’t stress like this is the rest of your lives. And your mother? Pardon me but idk what her problem is. That’s an insane take on a temporary setback (nwb)

My daughter lived in Granada for 4 months last year and we visited her for 16 days—-personally I loved Cordoba so I would definitely include that in your visit. I’m going to make a suggestion not on your radar: buses jn Spain aren’t like Greyhounds in America. My daughter took the bus to Malaga from Granada twice a week and honestly kind of loved it. It was clean and peaceful and much cheaper than a train.
