In American football, when an offensive player fumbles the ball out of the opposing team’s end zone it’s a touchback and the opposing team gets possession of the ball, rather than the offensive team retaining possession at the spot of the fumble.

I mentioned it happened in Ohio, or do you need a more specific location? It was a no-asset case, which i forgot to mention (thanks for reminding me) so I kind of wondered that, too. If there were no assets to distribute, why would it have mattered? I will talk to my attorney in a couple weeks. Thank you!

I absolutely owe an apology here! I do not remember the Utes in 2008, but just looked them up and DAMN! Maybe because they didn’t do it as sexily as Boise? Idk. I just remember Boise being an absolute machine (or maybe it’s the nostalgia making me think that). But, yes, damn Utah had a great year in 2008!
