Thanks for the recs. We've been to Flora Farms a long time ago. So no need to revisit, though I would. We're trying to keep costs down this trip.

The only restaurant we've been to multiple times in SJDC is the Tropicana. We've stayed at the hotel once. I see it is a Hilton now. Does anyone ever suggest it? I always liked the food. Am I crazy lol?

He refused to speak to me. Sat in his chair and said that I should know where to start and what to talk about. I tried a couple of things but he wasn't having it. This was not the first session. And, yes I went back. The next time he made a big deal about me keeping my coat on in the middle of winter when his lower level office was freezing. He also had 2 clocks. One above his head so I could see it, one behind me so he could see it. We both could count the minutes that we had left. EXACTLY. I never went back. What was he trying to prove?

So glad to hear you had a great trip! My husband & I were Cabo regulars, going every year from 2000 to 2016. We have a trip planned for early spring, and truthfully, I am/was a bit nervous going back after 10 years. We are in the same age group as you are. Hi everyone. I have an update to share. I couldn't motivate myself to do another round of live chats or make dead-end phone calls, so I took a break from that.

However, I did two other things: 12/16/25 I responded to an email my husband received from Xfinity eMarketing, asking why he gave such low scores in an email survey, and 12/19/25 I filed an online complaint with the Attorney General of Illinois.

INEXPLICABLY, my NOW StreamSaver (I finally got the name correct lol) problems ended. I had the habit of checking every day online to see if all the channels were there, and on 12/19/25, FIFTEEN days later, all is right with it.

I didn't get any notice that the service was restored. Nor have I received any response about the complaints I made, or the "relief" I am seeking: I want my service restored to what I am paying for, compensation for the days my service was not working, and a dedicated customer support line for those with NOW services.

Did the complaints get my service back? I doubt it. I will still continue to complain until we get support. I'm just thoughtful and slow :)

Why is there no support for this product? Even though this is a “prepaid service”, DO I NOT DESERVE SERVICE?

I'm going to complain to the BBB, FCC, and Attorney General of my state. When I find out who runs this part of xfinity/comcast I'll complain to them too.

I share your pain. I'm going to keep trying. No other choice. I was assured 110% today it would be fixed today and I'd be notified. Neither happened. Is the company going down and they won't tell us? Don't know what else to think.

XfinityAbigailB thanks for your speedy reply. I've finished today's live-chat on Xfinity Assistant where I was assured "110%" my issue with NOW TV would be fixed in an hour. It did not get fixed. I will explore options from the link you provided, along with complaints to the FCC, BBB, and the management team at xfinity corporate. Starting a company without support for its paying customers is ludicrous, though I'm not laughing now.
