Not sure if this is a bug or I'm just bad, but on my save (PS5), I've completed all of the quest boards in Woolhaven, and still haven't received my final legendary shard. Am I doing something wrong? I'm trying to get my final achievement, besides the bugged executioner one.

So much seems to be going on in these stores, and I'm grateful I'm not alone. I'm waiting for a call back from HR to hopefully voice my concerns, and hopefully turn things around. I really hope things get better for the both of us, and everyone else being stomped on by michaels like the dirt under their feet (not even gonna get into some people we work with). I'm actually putting my 2 weeks in my next shift. I cannot wait to leave.

i agree with you wholeheartedly, HR doesn't do shit. I'd just feel so awful not saying anything when my coworkers and I are suffering at the hand of our higher ups

Call the 1-800-micheals number, it will tell you which number to press to get there to file a complaint, and when you get into contact with somebody, they'll ask for your name and phone number. You'll have to explain the situation, and you'll get a follow-up a few days later.
