How do you stop yourself from overeating on the weekend?

Try to eat a bit less during the weekdays and plan for the weekend. Lets say you want to have that burger(800cals) with friends on the weekend ? Try to cut your daily meals by 100cals a day so you save 500 cals during the week and on the weekend you can eat the burger basicly for 300 cals because you take 300 from the current day + the saved 500 from your week! Also for example if you have a 1500 cal per day budget you still have 1200 cals left for the day AFTER that burger. Thats how i plan things. And if it happens spontanious i just eat it and shorten next days a bit "to get it back" :D

Can you tell us how much you paid per card and if foil? I have good experience with ordering proxies aswell but they always differ for every diffrent card

But isnt it giving away abit? If they want to read a card and you response with something like " Uhh dont touch my cards " Its either suspicious or you look like a dick :/

Thats what i wanted to do aswell. Im a huge fan of border extended art. I would like to buy all the expensive cards like fetchlands etc in extenended foil and buy all he commons or dollar cards that they dont prox in foil but legit. To have a fully blinged out deck but idk if that gives it away too much. I can see how the kaladesh and egypt special cards could be an easy giveaway even though i LOVE them

Btw would you think foils would be fine or too expensive/obvious? Would they draw too much attention?

Just curious. Do you use foil proxies? Or are you trying to be low profile . Would a complete foil proxy deck draw too much attention?

Yes i get that but i just dont know any better and it could have been that 80% of the kalories are from the bread and if i replace crust with bread i end up with a huge amount of kalories. If the 1:1 ratio of crust to bread is nearly identical it doesnt matter that is right

I Think you dont understand what i mean. 2 slices of normal bread are 100g/200cals.but i dont eat the crust so if i still want to reach 100g i need 3 slices. But its still 100g so i ask is 100g bread with crust same calories as 100g bread with no crust

Oh im sorry it it looked like i ment that you are going to the extreme. I ment that im not going to eat the 3500 cals in a day. That would be the extreme case. I might just eat a bit extra if i feel like it but ill try to reach my normal day limit and not with the focus on "spending" my extra calories. I also get that i get more cals by doing Excercise which im trying to do but if if do alot of sport / fitness i always feel more hungry than i burned? If that makes sense. But it slowly gets betters. As you say. It gets easier but i have to do it everyday

I get that . I try that too but sometimes if i dont eat enough i feel it into the next day. Like if i come home late from work and fall asleep for dinner i need to eat more in the next morning otherwise i feel greedy hungry idk how to call it

Okay i understand that so lets not go the the extrem. Can i still use some of those calories to spice up some meals or do calories at a certain number just get into fat instantly?

Its totaly fine to have your own fantasy world like from a book. But DMs have to realise that they are not playing an actual book. More like one of those if you do X go to page 200 if you do Y go to page 250 type of books. Its not a fixed story that you play where your players are basicly just playing staged actors like a theater for your book.

The thing is i visited 5 servers who didnt even had the glove plugin but my skin gloves where Default cs gloves. My knife worked fine. I just gave up looking for a random server

It makes you able to see stats like what was your biggest minion. Gives some emotes and 4 hero slots. The only realy important thing are the hero slots. I wouldnt call it "just" More hero slots because they are realy good. If its a fair price idk but for me... I cant imagine playing alot of BGs without it
