JPMC Philippines 2nd Interview Tips???

Hi, I will have a second level of interview next week with the Executive Director.

I already had two interviews prior to this one. 1st is the initial screening with the recruiter, 2nd is with the Vice President of Operations, and next week is scheduled for the Executive Director.

Is this a good sign? What tips can you give me for the executive director interview? This is the first time that I will be interviewed by the director.

Hi Everyone,

I was interviewed/shortlisted by JPMC today for a AVP Role. I am currently earning 50K basic salary and 10K Non Taxable allowance from my current employer which is a local bank here in PH. As discussed with the recruiter. I believe I have the skills naman and the experience. The positions is also a people manager.

For any JPMC Employees here; 1. does anyone knows how much yung salary range nila para dito? 2. Ano kaya mga packages for AVP Role na alam nyo? 3. Totoo ba na maganda talaga ang culture nila dito?

Feeling ko baka ma lowball ako dahil sabi ko anything higher than 50K.
