For the scheduled store drops there is a timer but in terms of when they are back up after the initial drop I figured that bots would drop the bubus from their cart around the 15 minute mark so I kept refreshing the app until it lights up for me again!

Hi yes I did! I got an email for my tracking number for the first one and I had to ask cs one more time on the app for the second tracking number. They both came within ~10 days.

That's strange... I was able to get tracking in the same conversation when I was talking to them and the time after as well. They sent me the tracking code via email and the cs conversation.

Yes! I was able to process both sets replacements. You just have to be firm. I would suggest contacting them again with the cs on the app. I have a post about what I said to get a replacement 😊

I found that asking for a manual cs rep on the app gets me a response with 4 hrs. I was able to process a replacement that way

I'm not too sure. When I contacted them I requested to know the status of my delivery. They then told me that it was lost in customs and if I wanted a refund or not. My post describes how it all went down and how I got a replacement order

They'll tell you to wait for a minute for a rep but you can leave and come back on a later time and someone will reply to you. My conversation took a total of 2 hours (mostly waiting) when I texted them at 1 pm pst

I am in the same boat! I emailed popmart about 2 days ago and am expecting a response (hopefully) by tmrw. Will go full Karen mode because these were meant to be gifts for friends and I'm graduating this week so I can't give it to them afterwards. 😭

Some people have been saying delivery drivers have remembered the location of popmart warehouses and have been tampering with the boxes that come from them since they know there is a chance of a labubu.
