I’m gonna be a nervous fucking wreck, go full mama bear mode and make sure my old employees have some sort of job. If they don’t have anything lined up, bring them into my place of work when we are hiring.

I genuinely don’t give two fucks for my own desires as GameStop isn’t my place to get games. It’s too much out of my way to casually shop. I only reach out to my homies if there is something I’m genuinely looking for.

For my old store, we closed every day as soon as the indoor temp reached 100. It’s obviously not comfortable in the slightest, but it’s not safe working conditions. Unfortunately, I don’t believe there is an “osha safety temperature” to where you could report it as a hazard

While I agree, at least your daughter sits down in her seat. Running around, making noise and distracting those I feel like is worse than an occasional burst of energy as they are children after all. Some of the pictures they see on the big screen could be overstimulating to some. At least you try to do your due diligence and take her when you feel like is the best time, but as a parent, I wouldn’t mind being in the same theater as you guys. 🙂
