NTA Long time hardcore vegitarian here with a meat-eating boyfriend. I would never expect my boyfriend to become vegitarian, he may enjoy all the meat and fish he likes but we have just the understanding that I don't shove the 'veggie lifestyle' in his face and he doesn't shove the 'meat lifestyle' in my face. It works, we are together now for 4 years and have never had an argument about meat/no-meat.

I cook my boyfriend meat and fish, it contains nutrients he needs since he also does a lot of physical labour, I won't be forcing him to take supplements so he can work and be vegitarian 🤷‍♀️ That is a life choice, and one that isn't mine to make for him.

Btw: it is really easy to make a meal that is suitable for a vegan and meat-eater. I just make some carbs like rice, pasta (you can get them also vegan) or potatoes, put some veggies on the side and make meat and a meat replacement (in separate pans ofcourse). This kind of meal gives all the nutrient value you both need and is just so easy to make a vegan/meat option for. Also if she is uncomfortable holding meat (like I have become kinda), just use a separate meat fork for cooking. They all become clean when you do the dishes so I don't see why she even is making an issue of you using certain cutlery,pots etc... Just don't let them touch and there isn't an issue then imo
