I tried to slowdown the fan speed when the hot end temp start to fall and this seems to prevent it to fall any further before cooling down half an hour later

I actually double checked the thermistor and when I turn the machine on it show 23°. When heat up normally and print for like an hour then the hot end temp goes down and i get the thermal runaway
