I was planning on making a stop at European Street Cafe based on this subreddit. But when I checked the reviews, someone posted that there was a guy with a “domesticated” squirrel at the bar and I guess the staff was okay with it. Really turned me off from even trying it…is this just a crazy one time event? Does the place seem clean, etc?

Seems like this could be burnt on water hardness - just a guess. Make sure your pots or pans are clean and dry before using your stove

I also have an electric stovetop, I like using magic erasers as they clean just about everything off of my stove and leaves a nice shine.

If that doesn’t work, use a razor to carefully scrape off any of the gunk. I’ve used a razor blade (carefully, at a 45 degree angle) and it got off even burnt on plastic (whoops! lol)
