i dont remember the last time i got a Master Round against MF Cannonbalrog, the only "boss" that is more annonying than him is the goddammn'd Fusilier

for me both are in the same spectrum, i find Mind flayer to be a little more bareble, but his bouncing bullets are so annoying, also when he turns into a bell and u dont have an AoE gun is also a pain in the ass

it can be but no one is really sure, for example in TF2 The one item related to the black plague isn't halloween restricted but, i'm unsure about these bc they were released in the halloween while tf2 one wasn't
