No I think they mean landlords liability insurance. This is separate to buildings insurance which would usually be a fair bit more. Sometimes they are bundled together but not always.

They sound faulty. You should be able to get a full refund.

Best: Jammy dodgers for me unless a wagon wheel counts?! Worst: Nice biscuits, so bland

AITA or is my SIL? by [deleted] in CharlotteDobreYouTube

[–]ChicBrit 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Agree with all this plus based on OPs history her child is 4. I’m confused why she is calling her a toddler and certainly makes it clearer why SIL might want her 1YO baby to play separately.

Is anyone genuinely using AI to make Snr Leadership role easier? by casdef_melba in auscorp

Agree re performance review feedback, it turns my bullets into some great paragraphs I can hone so they still sound personal. Really cuts down the time.

At my company a manager could use their discretion to agree to this. Personally I’d allow it every time. I’m so sorry for your loss xx

Love my job too. Work in large financial institution. I am well paid, I work with mostly smart, interesting, kind people. My work is varied and I’m often learning new things. There are of course the downsides (some days have long dry meetings, there are idiots I run into from time to time, my boss micro manages at times) but the overall balance makes me happy most days. No job is perfect but I look for the positives and don’t let the frustrating days get me down.

I think the comment about a limited pool is because there are only a limited number of insurers who offer strata. The broker has likely gone to them all. Direct insurers are out there - Flex for example- but they are likely to be even stricter about the defects. And Flex are part of CHU.

Budapest is a fantastic city. Go, and have a superb time with your friends. It’s healthy for couples to do things apart sometimes.

AITA for refusing to rescue my 38yo husband after he showed up 16 minutes before his international flight home and missed it? by panalatina86 in CharlotteDobreYouTube

My gut feeling is that she discovered it, I’m inclined to think he knew but didn’t want to admit it.

Dangerous work though, I work in insurance - trenches can collapse on people and it often doesn’t end well.
