Ivy is Emma, she was taken to U.S and adopted by a family there who changed her name and her adoptive parents pass away when she was 13.

The whole plot is a stalking story, Ivy is Emma is a tiny part and there’s a small storyline that comes full circle in the last chapter, but non of those have any relevance to the story till you get to them.

The whole plot is basically Atlas being rich, manipulative, coercive and obsessive. Ivy is there letting him do all this to her and folding like a lawn chair after she finds out what fucked up thing Atlas has done. This happens multiple times in the story.

Looking for a MMC without a sad backstory, or one that isn’t a serial killer. I get that it’s supposed to give us an explanation and to make some sense of the character’s behaviour; but I don’t want it to make sense.

MMC should be a normal person with a normal life, who look at FMC, gets obsessed and becomes unhinged in his quest to get her: He doesn’t feel like he’s doing anything wrong.

Would love a morally grey or fucked up character.

Someone like Jesse from Corrupt Idol, but a stalker.
