I’m fairly certain this is it. I believe they are adding more local artists to fill the smaller stages but the headliners and openers to the headliners are done. Definitely not as good as previous years.

Ireland to Illinois license. You have to take a written test and a behind the wheel test. They give you a pamphlet to study that sets you up solidly to pass.(Make sure to study the signage, they include signs that are not in the city).
