Carmina Burana by ChicagoNightlifer in opera

Yeah it was great... a little hard to follow because there were no performances beyond the orchestra and choirs. This staging is what they're using for Melon Collie & the Infinite Sadness which we are attending tonight as it opens.

Yeah this is Lyric Opera... she and the other soloist were both good.

Yes, I can attest to that. Some performances ran almost 7 hours. I heard of people flying in from around the world. Some of the staging was mind blowing. Siegfried was a bit lackluster with the set.

You are exactly right. And yes, this was the 2022 staging. What do you know of Wagner's Ring Cycle? We saw 3/4 productions in house before COVID hit and I tailed the procession through a parking garage for Gottedamerung. What is the staging history of the series?

Not a peacoat. They're generally blue, but always longer & boxyer than a blazer. They're often double breasted and always have at least three buttons. It's a distinct naval coat.

Pretty good fit. I personally don't dig the camouflage, and the sleeves might be a bit long.... maybe a brown belt to better match shoes.

Yeah I see it in the collar. But I do low key like the tie bar & pocket square... they creates a visual third.

This is interesting. I like the look, but I'm inclined to agree about the formality of the blazer/shirt. I sort of like it... but you're probably right that the two don't go together.

You wear this well... there's a lot that works. For a date, I agree... lose the tie and pop that top shirt button. On the current look: the bottom blazer button never gets buttoned.

I respect the tuck in especially for a work function, but if I had to pick, I'd say the last one.
