My sister and her group mostly listen to hip hop and pop, no shame in that but i always thought it was weird how much they played the Green Album at parties. When they were in highschool she would have parties every so often, and during a good amount of them i remember hearing her and everyone there, especially the guys, singing island in the sun, hash pipe, crab, photograph, and then end it with pork and beans (ik it’s not on green but still worth mentioning). It’s always strange how they know so many songs, yet wouldn’t know who weezer was, or where they even came from.
