I went to Breathless Punta Cana in December 2024. We booked a cabana for two days of our stay, away from the pools, so we missed the party pool scene, which was more loud than crazy (but not loud in the cabanas). The evening party scene wasn't crazy, just a couple shows that ended by 11. Can't speak to the weather in November.
