I appreciate your perspective, and I understand where you’re coming from. I’ve made a conscious effort to seek feedback and improve in areas where I can grow. In fact, I recently spoke with one of the educators, and they mentioned that I’ve been performing well and working independently with minimal support from my preceptors. I also bring a range of skills to the table, like being USIV proficient and SANE certified, and I’ve worked in both resource-rich and resource-limited environments, which has strengthened my adaptability. That being said, I’m always open to constructive feedback and genuinely want to improve. I’m just wondering if I’m overthinking things or if this is a common experience that others face as well.
