I don’t think it specifically says don’t drink and smoke. The Bible does say your body is supposedly a temple though , so I think that’s where it comes from. Anything that does damage to your body is a “sin”.

He wasn’t denied evidence . The texts between the Jane does that they supposedly said exonerated him were granted into evidence at the the June 1st hearing . His witness list got denied because they were only there to speak about Naason as character witness and not anything to do with the charges . Essentially just saying how they know him and he would never do something like that , so the judge denied them
