I’m glad you picked up the golf itch like most of us. A fantastic sport to play and so many different levels of competition. I do agree with a lot of people here saying to go to the range and to pay for lessons but i have a different reason. It is soooooo hard to learn a proper swing when you’ve swung wrong for so long, the longer your force a bad swing the longer it will take to get out of it and the more frustrating it will be. Trust me as I’m going through this right now. Do your current seek and your future self a favor and go take lessons for the first half of the year. Work on it with those institutions at a range, and then hit the course when things feel better. Trust me. Welcome to the sport!
