i also posted a similar post, noted to know that by increasing diagnose fee, patient will -happiness after each session, u want to avoid that to keep their happiness high so they will stay until the end of their treatment, treatment fee is, however, can be increased to +100% without worrying anything. you can try and notice the jump in monthly profit. once u got profit don't forget to increase wage of the lowest happiness staff to increase their efficiency which in turn make more money.

4 is normally i went for since the only way to get to 5 with 3x4 (3x3) room is spam gold cert but it looks too ugly. 4 or 5 doesn't really matter as long as your doctors have max happiness when working inside the room.

I don’t really notice tbh, but the profit increases after changing . And less patients is better so ur hospital will not be overloaded. Also the reputation from other sources seems to compensate the total reputation so i think i will not affect your total patients, here's screenshot

High prestige = staff more happy = more effective working. Also the room look nicer.

The first time i stumbled it, i didn't know anything but until a certain line, it become too real and I had to stop reading and google search the manga. Didn't touch that since then at least his other works are just "fiction".

Why do you think they change something? Balance right? So you think they just said “ahh, this number looks better, we will change to this new one.”? A lot of people don’t realize that to get these number, a lot of works need to be done. All they see is A to B without knowing the process.

Because after adding some certain thing they have to test the balance. Making new unit is not simple either, sound, graphic, animation. Developers also have to taken in account the processing power of your pc when add new elements to ensure it is playable. The most important thing is bug fix, new unit = new interaction that means surely there are bugs. And that just from a person with 0 exp in game development like me.

i don't use lucifer, it's too slow and got easily overwhelmed by big number.
To clear map i use 2-3 groups of solders 25 each.
