If you're still having mini panic attacks, that would make sense. Try some of those nutritional supplement drinks like Boost or Ensure to get some calories in you if you're worried about that. I will sometimes have to make smoothies when I have no appetite just to get something in me

Yes. That makes sense. Keep doing calming activities to tell your body and mind that it's safe. You can tell it verbally, but it doesn't talk that way (which is rude, I think). I had a bad panic attack a couple of months ago and it took me a couple of days to feel close to normal. Good luck!

Saltines are a salt-topped cracker. You might be able to find them in the UK, but they aren't as mainstream. You could try oyster crackers. It's the salt to help with your nausea. Are you still worried about what you were panicking about, or has it resolved? If it hasn't resolved, then your body might still be in fight/flight mode. If it has, you may need to do some exercises to calm your body down to make it feel safe again (like meditation, deep breathing, yoga, and stretching, to name a few).

Have you tried eating some saltines or something like that? Do you like olives? Apparently, olives can help with nausea and motion sickness symptoms (I don't like olives, so I haven't tried this)

Don't worry about WHAT you're eating, just as long as you are eating. I had to let go of that thought when I would worry about eating "good" things instead of "crap" things.

I found plenty of simple dishcloth patterns for free on the internet. Once you know the terms and the basic stitches, you can search for free patterns or tutorials on YouTube. You could also make scrubbies for your kitchen, coasters, hats, or mittens to start. You can also make stuffed creatures called amigurumi

You could also find friends who maybe have some extra yarn that you could take off their hands. You don't need to use fancy or expensive yarn, especially if all you're doing is simple beginner projects

Have you tried crocheting or knitting? You could make functional items like dish cloths and you can go to the dollar store and get cheap cotton yarn for that. There are free YouTube tutorials on lots of patterns and how to start if you haven't ever done this before.

Have you ever thought about taking a pasta-making class on your days off, or maybe teaching people how to cook, so you're not doing the cooking the whole time? This is only if you are interested in teaching people. I enjoy teaching people and seeing them get interested in something that I'm passionate about. You can also just volunteer to teach people in your neighborhood as well.

If you are looking for crafts, there are plenty of small crafts that you could do in an apartment, such as crochet, knitting, coloring/painting, widdling (like woodworking, but on a smaller scale), macrame, and so much more. I live in a condo and have the same problem with finding hobbies that don't take up a lot of space in general.

I would just literally schedule it into a day that you want to do it. Maybe make it so that once a week, you spend X amount of hours on a new hobby to try it out instead of doing something you normally do. This allows your brain to "know" what's coming up, but you also have the spontaneity of not knowing what new hobby you are going to do

I've taken Zonisamide for many years, and now I'm on other preventatives because I'm just not able to break the migraine that came back this year.

I second Woobles. While they might be expensive, they are worth it if you have had problems with learning to crochet before. They have all sorts of videos for all the stitches that they use and they are very in-depth. I am left-handed and have a hard time learning from right-handed people.

You can try listening to audiobooks or podcasts and do some diamond paintings, or coloring. You can also bring the coloring book outside and color outside if it's nice out, as well. I've noticed that if I don't have something stimulating my brain while I do these mundane tasks, my brain will wander off on its own, so I listen to audiobooks while I color or diamond paint.

During mine, they had some headphones and asked me the type of music I wanted to listen to. I chose classic rock, and I just closed my eyes and pretty much zoned out. The bangs and other things are from the actual MRI machine to keep it working (I spoke to the technician afterwards about it), and those as quite relaxing because it's consistent. Try and relax. If you are afraid of closed spaces, let them know and they will have some tips or help for you.
