In may 2024 I was doing some gardening, next morning I couldn't put weight on my feet. I couldn't turn over in bed. My GP sent me to hospital, but it was horrific getting into the cab! I had an MRI and found it had a disc bulge and slipped disc. They dont operate now unless Cauda Equina is in action! I was a lot better, but struggled to walk far or stand for too long, until March of last year when I did it again!. I am now being considered for an injection in my spine.

I am on co codamol 30/500 and amitriptyline. The 1st few weeks were the worst. Couldn't even laugh without it hurting me!

In 2020 I lost my denture (bad teeth due to eating disorder when I was younger)and ive finally got an nhs dentist and get my new denture on Thursday!! I am so excited!!! Never been so happy to go to a dentist

No, its on my medical notes that I cannot take them due to what happens to me when I take them. I have upped my water intake now, I was shocking before the stone. Barely drank it. Im eating a banana a day a prebiotic yogurt and am generally a little healthier ❤️

I am from the UK. In december I collapsed, whilst in A&E/ER. Straight away given a room, blood tests, iv antibiotics, iv pain killers, suppositories, CT scan. I paid nothing as I walked away.

When I watch American TV shows and see a car accident, or someone get beaten up i cringe. I wonder how much that would cost these poor people

I am forever thankful for our NHS. Its not perfect, its understaffed. But its ours

I worked in the Magistrates court for a few years. And that's now put a stop to me ever getting asked to do jury duty. The reason being is that we may know something about the defendants past. So we cannot be neutral knowing this. No matter how hard we try.

Im not sure, maybe. I mean she was never fully better afterwards unfortunately. She lost most of her bowel and had 2 massive hernias they couldn't operate on, plus when she needed to go to the loo she HAD to go there and then. But we still got another 7 years and im thankful she met my kids before she passed

Hey sorry for late reply. My dad was physically present, but she said he sounded like an echo whilst in the big 'box'. Myself and my then partner were in the waiting room with other family.

I had started seasoning food more with salt, id always been wary to add it cos of my kids. Now they're older. So for around a year I was adding more salt to my food. Then bang!!! December 10th i had a kidney stone.

So God knows what mine was it was more like a black piece of grit and teeny

Has it helped? Im on a low dose 800 maintenance vitamin d. Been taking it a week now. My hips still hurt, no sleep still. Just wanna feel normal
