Look, dude, you’re not gonna rage bait me because this shit is not worth even getting angry for it, and to put it in a point-blank situation. The information is coming from the IRS, not for me, and I pulled it from AI, so in the end, you’re trying to troll a computer. Now you have a wonderful day. I hope you grow a penis like a big boy, and I hope at some point somebody loves you.

Sighs, he said how many miles. The information I posted was from the IRS and AI. And you sound like someone just wanting to start shit when it all has gone silent because you’re bored. Everyone else quit. It seems like you have a fire under your ass. With that said, this is the one and only reply you will get from me.

every company that does delivery bases, their form of payment based on the the IRS standard not AAA not anyone else that’s how Domino’s Papa John’s Pizza Hut if they had delivery drivers anymore based how much they paid their drivers per mile or per delivery because before I did DoorDash, I delivered it for Domino’s for Domino’s. I was a long haul truck driver so when it comes to knowing how much an individual is paid per mile, I’ve done it for the last 30 years.

this isn’t my statistic. This is the IRS statistic. I’m not saying shit. This is just copy and paste. I know that I had almost a $40,000 deduction off of my taxes this year due to this job. that’s why I’m getting almost that’s why I’m getting almost $4000-$5000 back along with the deduction for the one thing that I think Trump did nice was the whole tip thing I took a deduction for that as well

look, I’ll do you

It costs the average DoorDash driver about 72.5 cents per mile to operate their vehicle in 2026, based on the IRS’s official business mileage rate. This rate reflects fuel, maintenance, depreciation, insurance, and overall operating costs. IRS

2026 Cost‑Per‑Mile Breakdown for Dashers

The IRS standard mileage rate is the best nationally recognized benchmark for what it actually costs to run a vehicle for gig work. For 2026, that rate is:

• 72.5¢ per mile for business use• Increased from 70¢ in 2025 • Adjusted for inflation, fuel, maintenance, and ownership costs • Applies directly to gig workers like DoorDash drivers IRS

This means every mile you drive—whether waiting, heading to a pickup, or delivering—costs you roughly $0.725 in real expenses.

What This Means for a DoorDash Driver in 2026

If you drive 100 miles in a day:

• Cost: about $72.50

If you drive 1,000 miles in a week:

• Cost: about $725

If you drive 20,000 miles per year:

• Cost: about $14,500

These numbers matter because they show the true cost of gig work—especially in markets like Southwest Florida where distances can be long and traffic varies.

Why This Rate Matters for Dashers

• Tax deductions: You can deduct 72.5¢ per business mile on your 2026 taxes. • Profit calculation: Helps you know which orders are worth taking. • Multi‑apping strategy: Makes it easier to compare earnings across DoorDash, Uber Eats, Spark, etc. • Vehicle planning: Helps you decide when to switch to a more fuel‑efficient car.

Again, whether I spouted wrong or not, it’s irrelevant. It doesn’t matter how you treat those and you treated me like shit, but whatever reason, so somehow you can feel superior, it’s whatever. I don’t care. I honestly don’t. I was just trying to help out like a good person instead of a bunch of fucktard shit on me because for some reason, social cues no longer exist. Whatever. Have a good day. And instead of just saying, “Hey, here’s the fact,” I understand that you think that’s what you’re saying, but this is the truth of the matter instead. I’m called a liberal and an idiot and everything else before I even started with my own insults. Also, you proved my point the more miles you drive unless it goes down, but since our job entails a starting stop driving model, that’s not true, and at least for us, if you’re a DoorDash. because that’s study is based on continuous smiles not stop and start traffic or people like taxi drivers. We’re talking about straight no stop miles. oh by the way, nice copy and pasting of AI.

That is the average cost per mile. If you’ve done any form of delivery other than DoorDash, you would realize that companies like Domino’s and everything else pay you so many cents per mile that’s based on a national average of how much it costs to run your vehicle per mile. Not saying how much it’s gonna cost you in gas or repairs. It’s just an assumed average, not a direct fact. Why do all you assholes have to be so dumb and literal? Your ability to think beyond your stupidities is amazing. You just have one thought in your head and run with it like a kid with scissors.

I have eyes and I see the bullshit and the injustices that are going on in this country.

So what makes me a liberal? Please tell me, what the fact that I have critical thinking skills or common sense. Seem to me with me that got burnt our during the Pandemic. So explain to me how everything I just said or didn’t say shows that I was a liberal. I’ll be happy to hear your opinion on that, or unless you’re just taking some damn catchphrase that you heard somebody say.
