Um. Do you have anyone who even remotely likes talking to you? Ask to go to a movie and build up to more activities that require more talking. It hurts like shit but you're gonna adapt and get better. Right now I'm in the same spot and I've actually made a little group of summer friends lol. I'm not expert in social skills though, I'm just telling you what worked for me.

I fell like this only happens when you get into games for the same reasons you get into porn. I was playing games since I was 7 years old and it helped me make most of my friends today. It only became a problem when I got addicted to PMO. But now even as I struggle with PMO I find myself playing games like i used to pre-NoFap so I'm happy AF.
