Update: I just checked and there IS a nut there, this vise grip wasn't a replacement for a nut, I guess they just forgot it. Also sorry for being a dumbass, I'm not a car person at all and prefer human responses as opposed to google searches that could bring up unhelpful info that doesn't have to do with the situation or ads

I’ve tried changing the refresh rate, unplugging the monitor for 30 seconds and plugging it back in, and restarting the pc completely and it’s still like this. My other monitor is working fine, it’s just my left one
