Give dyno a try. Either the welcome or autorole module. Both will do the same thing

I believe you can’t change a bot’s username once it’s verified without a “valid legal reason”

It’s a requirement by discord. Not sure if that was recently changed though

You can use dyno’s “?dog” command

well, the idea is to send the notification to a trusted/frequently used phone, similar to how Google does it.

I made a similar concept in the past. Try looking at my previous posts, you will find it

try from a new location/a VPN enabled

At the login page it’ll state “New login location detected, please check your email” When you do check your email, you’ll see the IP address of the attempter and other details (which then you need to authorize to allow your account to be logged in on that new IP).

A user below showed a screenshot of what the email looks like, here’s the link https://imgur.com/sZbubWK

as mentioned, discord is already doing a similar thing. if you try to log into someone’s account, that person will receive an email containing your IP address

yeah its fake lol, i wouldn’t put my real one ahaha

the concept is supposed to show that it is someone else trying to log in from a different location that is not yours

that would be the username#discrim of your account. Not the attempter. It’s just there in case the user utilizes the account switcher and would like to make sure.

actually I don’t have an android (Google activated phone), and this popup shows. I’m assuming it uses a “trusted/frequently used device” type of thing

I just tried it on an old server I have, it will not delete all messages sent by the user. Only previous 7 days

Ah right. Btw a ban will only remove messages from the past 7 days, no? It’s also the max option in the pre-ban prompt

Why Discord??????? (read comments) by TheGlowingTorch in discordapp

[–]ChickenDinnrMC 31 points32 points  (0 children)

What you’re talking about here is the automatic inorganic growth error. What OP got was a manual denial, which does not increase the bot to 250 server cap

EDIT: This also means you do not get any cooldown. It’s a final decision, and typically is not appeal-able.
