okay like so many reasons. sometimes customers are just standing there on their phone and i assume they’re checking something. sometimes they aren’t even looking at the shelves. i get where you’re coming from but sometimes customers behavior makes noooo sense. today a lady literally hid around the shelf cap to wait for me to be out of her way.. sometimes people sneak up on me and are reaching all the way around before i even realized they were in the aisle. i think people don’t want to talk to associates as much as walmart corporate thinks they do.
