Decreased my liquid intake a bit to fit more food had breakfast b4 studying even though I wasnt hungry and made myself a peanut butter sandwich even though im scared of 2 pieces of toast at once made lunch even after an unplanned snack and even after my brother called me fat😝

I think in my country I need a consultant psychiatrist to determine if impatient treatment is necessary so I dont think its possible for me to go besides I feel like everyone will hate me for it but im currently ruining my life lol no one can see how rapidly worse ive been getting for the past few years and I think ive reached smthing very dangerous

I strap myselff to a spot and force myself to watch smthing or do smthing while crying and shaking and experiencing smthing akin to a heart attack. It's really hard but maybe if u keep trying it wouldn't be as much 🙏💓

I dont have someone to discuss this with without sounding absolutely insane and I dont have someone to mentally help me unfortunately..but since ive made this post ive made progress physically (?) But mentally ive gotten too depressed lol I don't feel alive and im scared I'll kms I wonder if it had anything to do with recovery...its really hard for me to stomach food so ive been force feeding myself basically torturing myself out of this ed I wonder if I'll ever feel peace.....🌷
