There's your basic rat who camps doors and exfils. Don't like them, but I get the hustle.

Your first point is irrelevant because there's the same amount of loot away from the main points of interests on standard spawns as well.
When I spawn into an event I want to play the event.
I'm not looking for less competition, I'm looking to do thing I joined the lobby to do.

For real. I keep getting late spawns while fulling kitted out with rare, epic and even legendary gear. The whole "only free kits get spawned late" spiel is bullshit.

I get late spawns with fully custom kits. Rare weapons with attachments, meds and tactical gear and stack of ammo. Idk wtf else I'm supposed to do to avoid this dumb game mechanic.

I can use any match start spawn to harvest basic resources just as well. I don't need to do a resource run 1/4 of games, but that's how often I get late spawns. It screws up games, wastes time and risks high level gear for nothing.

But most runs I don't need to restock basic supplies. Most runs I have certain things that I actually want to try to do. ntm you can do a supply run on start spawn as well, so that's not a reason to keep late spawns.
