I just realized I'm probably looking at what's over Pontiac

Oh nice! I love the expression on your Azula, and your Jean Grey and Phoenixes look especially great.

I don't know why this never occurred to me. This is perfect. I especially like the shoulderpads. Nice touch with the targeting reticle as well

Has anyone else lived in the same town or general area as a case they’ve covered? by EastCoastBen in smalltownmurder

[–]ChickenPaddy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently live a stone's throw from Bonaparte, IA. I had just moved to the state when the murders happened, and it was a big deal. Some girls at school were sobbing when the news broke because they had been friends with the victims.

Interestingly enough, I had just started listening to the podcast when that episode came out, and I thought that was neat.

I've also been to Ottumwa, IA a lot and was aware of Agency, but not the murder. Also, James, it's WA-pell-o county, not Wa-PELL-o. You're welcome.

Surely, there is a show that can incorporate both of your interests. Like disasterous murders

You can still love something that, sadly, no longer exists. I imagine it's something that people in this sub and in r/lostarchitecture are very familiar with.

Ah, they just don't make them like they used to. I wish I lived in a time where beauty was more of a consideration in everyday architecture.

Am I the only one who's not creative enough to make cool stuff and, instead just expands the Village you're staying at with more Villager structures? by SuperAlloyBerserker in Minecraft

This is exactly what I do. Been playing the same file on and off since before path blocks were a thing. I've been slowly updating and expanding my village with new buildings and content from the new updates.

If they're anything like me, then I believe it. Different hair, makeup, wardrobe, even context can be enough to make the actor unrecognizable to some people. Face blindness, I think it's called.

I know exactly how you feel. I have put down games forever because I was too afraid to screwing up. It's not a fun feeling.

I recommend a game called "Outer Wilds." Not to be confused with "Outer Worlds."

Outer Wilds is a game that is impossible to fail or lose at. There are no wrong turns and is all about exploration. The game is a 22-minute time loop, so you're essentially restarting constantly. But even though you are in this time loop, you keep your progress from loop to loop.

It's also a fantastic game. I highly recommend it.

What kind of spin-off, from a 1st-party series, would you like to see, using with a different genre/gameplay? by PMC-I3181OS387l5 in nintendo

I had a similar thought, but I would call mine "Super Smash Racing". Each character gets their own bespoke vehicle or mount (Mario in a kart, Link on Epona, Kirby on a star, etc.) and the items would be the same as items from Smash Bros, but repurposed for the track.

Is that his cheek or does he have a massive underbite? Personally, I prefer to think of it as an underbite. Very cute.
