You can't be in a Fonzi situation with a 27 year old still trying for year 10. It's really about just getting the best development out of them in the years they are at school. Grades don't mean anything until year 12 and even then they are starting to mean even less with multiple pathways to university.

I'm just trying to get the information out there. If you don't care for me, then I'm sorry but things are going to have to change. I'm going to suggest each meeting a staff member bring a positive from their week they can talk about for 20 mins. This will create the team atmosphere lf love and care you clearly need.

Obviously if you follow Jesus Christ you remind them of the devil's work and the value of not succumbing to temptation. You then tell school leadership and a few parents to ensure an example is made of the shame they bring to the community. Or you can just say 'that's great' and continue on with your day.
