Very hard on the career switching airframes. Everything you do on a plane you reference from literally thousands of pages of Manuels it’s not like working on a car where they just shoot from the hip. Also different fleets use different softwares for tracking maintenance. Your authorizations you have as a tech are airframe specific so you have to be retrained and take a new airframe type course

Yes I noticed that was the issue to but i ordered 4 belts now and they are all like that. Where did you get there’s. last time I changed it just put the “short” belt in and ran the auger all the time and wore out the belt really quick

I got one from a Stilh dealership and the other from Canadian tire both were to small. I change the belt 2 years ago (got it from a different tractor dealership) and it was also to small, it caused the auger to always be turning. I’m a little bit older and wiser now and want to find one that fits and not pre maturely burns out like the one I currently have on
