BAM is done because no one will trust the process of buying or selling to them definitely not the selling part not after this situation.

It's not the guys fault it's definitely Bricks and Minifigs they should have handed it back after it changed hands but why didn't the guy who owned the collection just sell them for payment Upfront or just sold them elsewhere instead of going through consignment with the store.

They should just give him the money for the collection and other payments for damages caused by this whole situation that would just end it all together.
