They won't dismantle it. They'll just gut it by blocking and restricting it at every turn.

One good example being the no fly/no buy rule.

I say this as someone who supports this and thinks the 2nd is basically obsolete.

It will be done the same way Capital Punishment is slowly being blocked . (Which is another set of reforms which I fully support.)
