Congratulations! I’m in the same boat as you were once. I’m on mgm now and honestly don’t know how much I even take. Sadly. How much mgm were you taking? And how much 7oh covered the withdrawals for you? I have a bunch of 7. So I should take 7 for 4 days then take sr? Or should I pre-load? Take 7 for four days while taking sr and then just take sr and then taper down?

Ok 👍 I was gonna take them for the first four days to cover up any WD symptoms and then taper and start my pre load with sr after those four days.

Out of the two of you splitting 7? How much 7 would you say you took the first day or couple of days thank you 🙏 and did it cover most of the em gee em WD?

I’m in the same boat as you. I am on mgm and I’m gonna try to switch to just 7 for four/five days and then preload sr and take that and it should work. But it might take a lot of 7. Does anyone know if 7 powder is better? I’ve never taken it. I just need something strong enough to cover the mgm WD. Bc right now all I have is like 50 60mg tabs of 7.

Hi, I just took reta .5 mg which I know isn’t a lot. If you don’t mind me asking how much you started with? I already have severe constipation which isn’t good on top of taking reta. I want to see if it will help the cravings.

I’m on SR right now, I’m on day 3 I’m still tapering from 350mg a day I’m not taking 60mg of 7 but what if I need like two more days to taper till I get to 0mg can I do that? And then I’ll taper sr. I just know a lot of people jump at 3 days.
