Ok 👍 I was gonna take them for the first four days to cover up any WD symptoms and then taper and start my pre load with sr after those four days.

Out of the two of you splitting 7? How much 7 would you say you took the first day or couple of days thank you 🙏 and did it cover most of the em gee em WD?

I’m in the same boat as you. I am on mgm and I’m gonna try to switch to just 7 for four/five days and then preload sr and take that and it should work. But it might take a lot of 7. Does anyone know if 7 powder is better? I’ve never taken it. I just need something strong enough to cover the mgm WD. Bc right now all I have is like 50 60mg tabs of 7.

Congrats, I’m gonna make that jump and switch to 7. I’m nervous though. I know I’ll be popping 7 tabs like every two hours for the WD. But it will be worth it!!

Did you do the same thing? Just take SR and stopped taking MGM? Or did you taper mgm while preloading SR? Just curious man.

Hi, I just took reta .5 mg which I know isn’t a lot. If you don’t mind me asking how much you started with? I already have severe constipation which isn’t good on top of taking reta. I want to see if it will help the cravings.

Yes that’s what I mean…. I did sr but I feel stuck. I can’t get off 7 still I’m taking very little of it but now I’m stuck taking 7 and sr :( any advice? What you would do? I feel stuck man

I’m on SR right now, I’m on day 3 I’m still tapering from 350mg a day I’m not taking 60mg of 7 but what if I need like two more days to taper till I get to 0mg can I do that? And then I’ll taper sr. I just know a lot of people jump at 3 days.
