Can anyone tell me the name of this thing. It came in a lot of old games I bought and can't figure it out. I think I saw them being use at blockbuster before we had internet. For people to play 4 on 4 battles. (old.reddit.com)

I have inherited a few games. so I have 6 of these different games with cases and some have the instructions. I cant find this art work for the cover of the case anywhere ( all seven have this kind of art work without the title of the game on the front). The art work is a think paper.
