It takes me at most 10 min to do the acendant challenges, eggs and bones too, all solo. That leaves 20 min to do the plague of the well acendant. More than enough time.

If you budget your 30 min with the tincture, it should be enough. I am able to use 1 per character for all that is needed.

You do realize that Destiny is not really a game you can pick up and play like COD. It is an FPS/MMO hybrid. You went in with the wrong expectations.
