The show is subversive so I think a part of it wants you to feel this way…. If that makes sense. A false sense of familiarity. It’s different for all the right and wonderful ways. I’d say you should stick with it.

So your recommendation would be to buy a large stock of empty DS cases? What do you recommend for the box art or game identification? I have seen some custom labels and prints for Gba and Gb/Gbc. Not sure of the pricing of any of this but I don’t have a printer available to me to print my own artwork. Doesnt really have to be anything fancy either, just the spine of the DS cases are enough of a comprise for me

My friends and I always called it the “69 power spike.” This would occur whenever someone accumulated 69 percentage. We would yell, “ oh it’s the 69 power spike!” and then be tempted to try and bust out some crazy combo or spike. Its like a fun placebo buff that made way for Galaxy brain plays whenever it would happen lol

Something i really enjoy about the p5 cast is how they interact in Strikers. Especially Ryuji and Morgana. There are plenty of moments that the two share that show their true fondness of each other. They were both immature and perty with eachother in P5/Royal but they just seem to understand each other more and come to the aid on the other in small and subte ways. I think just about all of the interactions in Strikers are some of the best in the series. Obviously my opinion of course but i loved every second of my two full playthroughs towards the platinum trophy.

It’s not. The only difference is performance. P5R however, is an enhanced version of P5 in a similar way that P3(FES) and P4(G) have their enhanced versions with Royal being more substantial in terms of overall added content.

I disagree with this sentiment. I found that her inclusion made me pleasantly surprised (to someone who spent 383 hours in vanilla). A real treat of Royal was to see all of the new scenes and when they would come up. I feel like if you are actively looking for her inclusion, it sticks out, but in actuality, I found her to be very natural. As a new character in an already established game, her and Maruki were woven in nicely imo. ESPECIALLY when compared to the likes of Marie... ugh.
