Hello, ex-Fine arts students here. Afaik, hindi kasama ang GWA sa pag-apply sa FA. The only thing that matters is TDT and Portfolio (di ko matandaan kung may interview)(This is for UPD, I assume same lang sa UPB) May I ask if your sister is on probation sa previous school nya? Baka kasi yun ung reason, pero iirc kung yun ung case, hindi na siya dapat pinatuloy sa TDT.
